Lakshmi Rai has got sports on her mind

One look at actress Lakshmi Rai's flawless complexion and you would assume she's the sort who has never stepped out in the sun.

But contrary to what many think, the actress reveals that outdoor sport has always been a part of her growing years. "I guess good skin just runs in the family," says Lakshmi.

In the recent past, her love for sports has even led to various assumptions about her relationship with sports stars too. Lakshmi's latest outing into the world of sport has to do with her turning brand ambassador for Kerala's celebrity cricket team.

"I have always been a cricket fan and I do make it a point to follow the game whenever I can. I find sports to be a great source of relaxation. It's the next best thing after entertainment. Back in school, I used to play various games like basketball and volleyball," says the pretty actress.

"I'm glad to be a representing the Kerala team and I hope they prove themselves," says Lakshmi, who will be attending as many of the games by the team as possible.
